The rework machine R450:

Control Panel

The control panel is in the front of the machine for easy operator access.

Commands:

Main switch power
Digital thermoregulator (to control the solder pot temperature)
Pump speed control
Wave timer (On/Off) (To setup the solder timer)
Foot switch (to have free hands)

Laser Pointer

The laser beam helps the operator find the centre of the solder nozzle.

Mobile

The standard pallet is assembled on a mobile carriage to enable the board to move from X and Y axis.
After moving the PCB to the right position the pallet can be fixed with own screws for maximum stability.
At this point the machine it's ready to start the rework process.

Interchangeable

The R450 is provided with three different kind of nozzles with different shapes (round, square and rectangular)
The nozzle can be changed quickly with a specific tool.
The different types of nozzle can be used to desolder the different kinds of components in just one easy step.
