Fluxer Module

The fluxer module works on a simple concept which uses the foam to lightly cover the bottom side of the board
The foam module uses a standard porous rock of 10 microns

Pre-Heating Module

The COMPACT is equipped with a 800mm medium pre heating module, the ceramic lamps get 120-140 ° on the bottom side of the boards

Solder Pot Module

The COMPACT it's a "desktop machine", where we have developed the manual extraction solder pot module to enable easy maintenance.
The capacity of the bath is around 200 kg. of alloy and the power required for warmup is around 7 Kw

Conveyor

The machine base uses a belt conveyor, and uses a corrosion proof aluminium extrusion 80 x 40 mm.
